An 8-week group for younger children to learn how to name and manage big feelings through play and connection.

Sensory Superstars
Led by our occupational therapists, this group builds coordination, confidence and independence in early-primary kids.

Resilience Builders
A skills-based group for older children to practise bouncing back, adapting socially and staying calm under pressure.
